if the broken parts of your projector are beyond repair and we have to order and fit new parts, the cost of repair will be our standard fee plus the cost of the new parts.
once we have received your projector a technician will carry out an inspection and test the machine’s electronic components to locate the problem. once the initial inspection and testing has been carried out, the engineer who is working on your machine will contact you by telephone to explain what repair work needs to be done to fix the machine. if the machine requires any new parts, the technician will tell you the exact cost of parts and will let you know what the total cost of the repair bill will be before any work commences.
if you are satisfied with the cost of the repair, we will proceed with the work and order any new parts that may be required. our technician will give you an estimate of how long he expects the repair to take and when you can expect to receive delivery of your machine. once the repair has been completed, your machine will be fully tested once more to ensure that everything is working correctly. when the technician has completed the testing, duotech will contact you to arrange a suitable time and location for delivery.
we charge a flat rate of £25.00 for a diagnostic inspection, report preparation. we also collect and return delivery, we charge for this service depending on the distance we have to travel.
